Our initiatives include Tulu script revival, cultural documentation, historical preservation, and advocating for Tulu’s official recognition.




Preservation of Tulu Language and Literature

  • Conducting Tulu script teaching programs.
  • Publishing and distributing books, manuscripts, and other resources.
  • Advocating for Tulu's inclusion in the Eighth Schedule of the Indian Constitution as a recognized state language

Cultural Enrichment and Awareness

  • Organizing workshops, festivals, and events to promote Yakshagana, Bhootha Kola, Pilivesha, and other traditional art forms.
  • Publishing digital resources such as e-cards, calendars, and fonts to make Tulu culture accessible globally.

Protection of Historical Artefacts

  • Safeguarding and restoring ancient Tulu stone inscriptions and manuscripts.
  • Digitizing inscriptions using advanced 3D scanning techniques for future generations.

Research and Education

  • Supporting research initiatives and academic studies on Tulu heritage.
  • Providing resources and materials to scholars and students to further their understanding of Tulunadu’s history and contributions.
